Bookings made through the site, WhatsApp or other contact channels are subject to the clinic's schedule availability. Confirmation of the booking will be sent through our official service channels.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without at least 24 hours' notice may be subject to the clinic's cancellation policy, as informed at the time of booking.

When you request an appointment, make a booking or provide your phone number through this site or through our communication channels, you:

• Authorize IDF Oral Clinic to contact you via WhatsApp Business for the purposes of booking, treatment follow-up and sending institutional information
• Acknowledge that messages sent through the WhatsApp Business API are managed by the clinic and may include automatic appointment reminders
• May ask us to stop sending messages at any time by sending "PARAR" (Portuguese for "stop") to our WhatsApp

IDF Oral Clinic undertakes to use WhatsApp exclusively for communications related to its dental services, respecting your privacy and the guidelines of the Meta platform.

When using this site and our communication channels, the user undertakes to:

• Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information
• Use the site and the service channels in an ethical, lawful and respectful manner
